Through CELMENTON BELL Property Management, LLC, our parent company, Celmenton Bell Property Management acquires, upgrades, leases up, and manages properties that our parent company acquires. Our focus is on two(2) to ten(10) unit multi-family houses in the tri-state area. We manage properties for our own portfolio, as well as our investor/partners. We are also available to manage properties we do not own, with terms amenable to negotiation.
Celmenton Bell Property Management LLC focuses on increasing net operating income through cost reductions, expense management, and proper property management. We also stay on top of any changes regarding rules in various affordable housing programs. Re-engineering and restructuring of buildings to provide greater cash flow are core efficiencies of Celmenton Bell Property Management LLC, and will be utilized to reduce costs. Relationship management vis-a-vis our tenants, be they residential or commercial leaseholders, will also be a focus, we know that maintaining good relationships helps with on time payments from renters.
