Our parent, Celmenton Bell LLC has several projects under consideration, all of which, when the deals are finalized, will be turned over to Celmenton Bell Property Management LLC for upgrading, leasing up, and continued management. Three projects currently under consideration are what we name the Priscilla Property, the Plymouth Property, and the Pearl Harbor Property. Each of these properties will employ a different long and short term strategy in terms of holding period, and will require differing amounts of financial investment to bring them up to our high standards for rentals. The Priscilla property is a traditional buy, upgrade, and hold property, that will remain in the Celmenton Bell LLC portfolio for a long period of time, and thus Celmenton Bell Property Management LLC will be named its manager. The Plymouth property is likely also to remain in our stable, but will require much more investment capital to bring it up to code. The Pearl Harbor property will probably be quickly flipped, so might not remain with us long term. However, most of the properties that our parent acquires will be with a long term outlook, so Celmenton Bell Property Management LLC intends to be managing properties for the foreseeable future.
