Celmenton Bell Property Management LLC is a Delaware Limited Liability Corporation. The principals and key employees have a diverse and wide-ranging real estate background. On their own, they have acquired properties in both Puerto Rico and the Bronx. They have renovated commercial and residential properties in both of these locales, and have marketing experience in finding renters or buyers having obtained their real estate agents licenses in New York State.

Specifically, in terms of property management, our experience runs deep with extensive property management in the New York area. Our employees have managed over 1,500 commercial and residential units in the New York tri-state area. We have experience with various aspects of property management including maintenance, and leasing contracts. We have also strong accounting controls, to insure that Celmenton Bell Property Management has strong operational and financial control of any assets under management.
